Live Happy, SkinnyFats Now Open in Centennial

Fans of SkinnyFats and their healthy, or “live happy” indulgent menu choices, have been impatiently waiting for their Centennial location to open the doors. Now finally serving, guests can discover a large dining room, their familiar casual and cheery atomsphere, later closing hours and new items planned for the menu.

Located in Centennial’s Shadow Mountain Marketplace, near the intersection of I-215 and Decatur Boulevard and next door to the Best Buy, the third local SkinnyFats features standard table seating, a long communal table running down the middle of the restaurant, booths placed against the walls, plus the option to sit directly facing the open kitchen.

Closing at 10 p.m. daily, one hour later than their original locations at Dean Martin Drive, close to Town Square, and 8680 W. Warm Springs Road in Spring Valley, the inventive SkinnyFats menu features bowls, tacos, burgers and sandwiches and a shifting roster of weekend specials.

Their very popular all-day breakfast creations includes the “Chickawaffadopolis,” made with “fried chicken tenders piled high over a buttermilk waffle, drizzled in syrup and sprinkled with powdered sugar.”

While they have only just caught their breath from this expansion, SkinnyFats confidently responded, “summer 17,” when a Facebook fan inquired when they might be headed to Henderson.
