Terms of Service for SkinnyFATS Mobile App

Welcome to the SkinnyFATS mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
  • Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the App in a manner that sends more request messages to the App’s servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by SkinnyFATS, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe violates the spirit of the Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SkinnyFATS or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
