Simple design with rings all the way and heavy gold bars at both sides. One bar is etched YSL, but it's on the back and looks a little rough compared to other YSL belts we've seen. We can't verify authenticity but many YSL chain belts from this era were not extremely high quality, so it's hard to know, but it's likely real. Priced
