this is the first vintage that the Experience has been allowed to call itself champagne

The wine is aged for a minimum three years on its lees which adds a rich nutty flavour on top of its classic green apple and citrus notes

All his grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with full clusters and natural yeasts in concrete vat with two pump overs per day

with well integrated black fruits

This third wine - Saint Jacques de Siran – is composed of fruit from sites which sit just outside of the Margaux appellation so therefore is classified as Bordeaux Supérieur
