Ásgeir - Dýrð Í Dauðaþögn Format:CD NRG-That's What You Wantsgeir's debut album Dr Dauagn, produced by Gudmundur Kristinn Jonsson, immediately recalls the heavenly vocals of Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and the light, electronic touch of British glitch pop sensation James Blake. His Icelandic lyrics, however, make for an easy distinction, and to non Icelandic speakers sound as poetic as they really are. The songs are light and airy, inset with sgeir's distinctive melancholic voice. Their vibrancy elevates them way
