You're going to have to salvage your old hardware off of your old tail section for it because that stuff is no longer available

To replace this piece simply drill the mounting holes

The mounting brackets underneath the gas tank are fairly simple (see pic). It's just a little zig zag bracket that is sandwiched between the tank mounting cups and the frame. You should be able to make your own!
