This was started in April 2025 and bottled in July just before it completed its fermentation to capture the remaining gas for that lovely bit of sparkle

Homecoming, 2023 Case Size:3 Pack They were then all handRhubarb + Ginger Fortified Wine Tasting Notes A light dusty pink fortified wine that smells like cold mossy forest air with a tinge of strawberry flavoured gasoline. The first hit on taste is sweet rhubarb, followed by a hot kick of ginger riding on the vodkas back. Has a lovely long warm finish that feels like a homecoming. Have it neat, have it with ice, have it with soda water, have it with hot water. This is one for all seasons.. Winemaking Notes
