This one celebrates the rolling strawberry farms of the Adelaide Hills, a region that we are lucky enough to call home since settling in to our Hahndorf tasting room. Made with Mount Barker strawberries, The Hills Gin is a lighter, delicate style that captures the fresh, vibrant character of the region. The strawberries
