Kishu Marmalade jelly The light grassy notes inWe've taken super sweet, locally grown kishu (tiny) mandarins from one of our favorite small growers, and turned them into Kishu Marmalade. This isn't a usual marmalade. This slow process, candies the fruit in a sugar syrup over a period of several days over very low heat to keep the fruit whole. The candied mandarins are filled with a sweet orange syrup. You can chop the candied fruit into pieces to add to your favorite desserts or to garnish salads
